What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 x 20 ft container (18 tons). For certain countries like the USA and Russia, we also accept smaller orders starting from 1 ton (LCL container).
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
We provide quotations to customers within a maximum of 3 working days after receiving your inquiry.
How long does it take to process the first order?
The first order will be processed within 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the order size and production schedule.
What are your shipping terms?
We offer FOB (Freight On Board) and EXW (Ex Works) shipping terms. You can choose the option that best suits your needs.
Can I get a free sample product?
Yes, we can provide free samples of our coconut shisha charcoal briquettes. Please contact us with your request, and we will arrange the sample shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer (T/T). Payment settlement must be made 7 days before loading the container.
Can I visit your factory?

Yes, we offer private labeling and custom branding services. You can provide your logo, design, and packaging specifications, and we will produce hookah coals according to your requirements.
What is your guarantee?
We guarantee high-quality products that meet international standards. If there are any issues with the quality or specifications of the products, we will address them promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
What about your Quality Control? How can I be sure that all my orders will be of the same quality?
We have a strict Quality Control (QC) process in place. Each batch of products is tested and inspected to ensure consistency and compliance with international standards. We also provide certificates of analysis (COA) and other relevant documents to assure you of the quality.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 50% down payment and 50% after stuffing. Payment must be settled 7 days before loading the container.
What is your production and delivery time?
Production Time: 20' FCL container (18 tons): 10 days, 40' HQ FCL container (25 tons): 14 days. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. For example: USA: 35-65 days, EU: 35-45 days, Russia: 15-25 days, Australia: 25-35 days
How to order?
To place an order, follow these steps: Contact us with your requirements (product type, quantity, packaging, etc.). We will provide a quotation within 3 working days. Once the quotation is accepted, we will prepare a proforma invoice (PI). Make the payment as per the agreed terms. We will start production and keep you updated on the progress. After production, the goods will be shipped, and we will provide all necessary shipping documents.
